Refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For return eligibility, the item must be in its original packaging and received in the same condition. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact support@rgconsoles.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, a return shipping label will be provided along with instructions for sending your package.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon arrival, and notify us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, you will be notified of its approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that it might take some time for your back/credit card company to process the payment as well.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for reasons such as Buyer's Remorse. Please contact us with any queries or worries about your specific purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
